Provides comprehensive universal cashless health insurance coverage of up to ₹5,00,000 (₹5 Lakh) per family per year for secondary and tertiary healthcare across 2,000+ empaneled government and private hospitals in West Bengal and select premier institutes outside the state. The entire smart card and scheme entitlement is officially issued in the name of the eldest female member of the family, recognizing women as heads of households. Covers pre-existing diseases from day one, inpatient care, diagnostic tests, surgical interventions, medicines, and post-discharge recovery allowance.
