1. Scope of Commercial Services
Eligo (eligohub.in) is an independent civic discovery platform that publishes verified information on government welfare schemes, scholarships, and educational grants.
Commercial transactions on Eligo pertain to: (1) Citizen Civic & Educational Advisory Services (Personalized Scheme Blueprints, Application Document Audits, and 1-on-1 Guidance Calls per our Advisory Desk), and (2) Digital advertising and institutional sponsorships per our Media Kit. All baseline public search features, directory listings, and statutory scheme data remain 100% free of charge.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy for Citizen Advisory Services
Our research desk guarantees delivery of your personalized dossier to your registered email within 2 hours during desk hours (Mon–Sat, 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM IST) or by 10:30 AM the next morning for off-hours orders. If our desk fails to deliver your report within this committed window, you are entitled to a 100% full refund upon emailing our billing desk. Once successfully delivered, digital research reports are deemed fulfilled and non-refundable.
If our research desk fails to initiate your document audit via WhatsApp within 12 business hours of order placement, you may request an immediate 100% full refund. Once document review and feedback have been delivered over WhatsApp, the service is deemed rendered.
Clients may reschedule their 25-minute live consultation call free of charge by notifying our coordinator at least 2 hours prior to the booked time slot. If our advisor fails to attend the scheduled call, or if mutually convenient scheduling cannot be reached within 3 business days, a 100% full refund is issued immediately.
Refunds cannot be claimed on the grounds of subsequent rejection of an application, scholarship grant, or bank loan (e.g. PMEGP/Mudra) by official government departments, colleges, or commercial banks. Eligo provides independent document verification and application advisory only; statutory sanction and disbursement remain the exclusive jurisdiction of the government or lending institution.
3. Cancellation Terms for Advertisers & Sponsors
If a sponsor requests cancellation in writing before their featured banner, announcement, or creative is deployed live on the portal, they are entitled to a 100% full refund with zero cancellation charges.
Once a sponsorship placement has been published on the agreed target scheme page(s), the digital advertising service is deemed rendered. If an advertiser requests mid-term withdrawal due to institutional changes (e.g. batch postponement), Eligo allows one free date rescheduling or pause for up to 60 days. In extraordinary circumstances where service delivery cannot continue, pro-rated refunds for the unserved period may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
4. Refund Processing & Settlement Timelines
Where a refund is approved by our billing desk:
- Review Window: Refund and cancellation requests are reviewed and acknowledged within 24 to 48 business hours of receipt.
- Payment Mode: Approved refunds are credited strictly back to the original source of payment (e.g. original UPI ID, Net Banking account, or Credit/Debit Card) used during the transaction via our payment gateway. Cash refunds are strictly prohibited.
- Settlement Turnaround: In accordance with RBI Payment Aggregator guidelines and banking clearing cycles, the refunded amount will reflect in your bank account within 5 to 7 working days from the date of approval.
5. Payment Policy & Gateway Security
All electronic transactions on Eligo are processed securely through RBI-authorized payment aggregators (including Razorpay) using industry-standard 256-bit TLS/SSL encryption.
- Accepted Payment Modes: Unified Payments Interface (UPI - Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), RuPay/Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards, and major Indian Net Banking portals.
- Zero Card Data Storage: Eligo does NOT collect, view, or store payment card numbers, CVV codes, UPI PINs, or net banking passwords. All sensitive payment authentication occurs directly within the PCI-DSS Level 1 certified gateway iframe.
- Transaction Currency: All advisory services and sponsorships are priced and billed exclusively in Indian National Rupees (INR / ₹).
6. Free Creative Revisions & Ad Delivery Guarantees
To ensure partner satisfaction, sponsors may request updates to their landing page URL, admission deadlines, or batch dates free of charge during their 30-day active sponsorship period. Updates are typically deployed within 24 hours.
In the event of verifiable platform downtime exceeding 48 consecutive hours during an active campaign, the sponsor's placement term will be automatically extended by an equivalent duration at zero additional charge.
