Special affirmative industrial policy initiative in Telangana designed to build a thriving class of Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) industrial entrepreneurs. Provides aggressive capital incentives: 35% investment subsidy on fixed capital investment up to ₹75,00,000 (₹75 Lakh) for general SC/ST entrepreneurs, and 45% investment subsidy up to ₹75,00,000 for SC/ST women entrepreneurs. In addition, units receive 100% reimbursement of stamp duty and transfer duty, 100% reimbursement of SGST for 5 years, power tariff subsidy of ₹1.50 per unit for 5 years, and a 6% interest subsidy on term loans for up to 5 years.

    District Industries Centre (DIC) inspects premises and evaluates capital expenditure.

    District Level Committee (DLC) / State Level Committee (SLC) approves investment subsidy.
