Provides 100% free domestic electricity to eligible households in Telangana whose monthly consumption is up to 200 units. Beneficiaries receive a "Zero Electricity Bill" (zero electricity charges, zero customer charges, and zero electricity duty) every month directly from TSSPDCL or TSNPDCL. Relieves underprivileged families from monthly utility expenditure, generating household savings of up to ₹800 to ₹1,000 per month.

- 2Ensure your household Consumer Service Connection Number (USCNO) is linked with your Food Security Card (White Ration Card).

- 4Electricity meter reader conducts regular monthly digital meter reading on the spot.
- 5If monthly electricity consumption is 200 units or less, the billing machine prints a "Zero Bill" with 100% state subsidy adjustment.
