Flagship healthcare assurance scheme providing comprehensive cashless hospitalization coverage of up to ₹10,00,000 (₹10 Lakh) per family per year in Telangana across 1,672 medical and surgical procedures. Delivered across 1,100+ empaneled government and private tertiary care network hospitals in Telangana and major metropolitan centers. Covers all major critical ailments including cardiac surgeries, oncology (cancer chemotherapy/radiotherapy/surgeries), neurosurgery, organ transplantation, poly-trauma, and pediatric intensive care. Discharged patients also receive free follow-up consultations and prescribed medicines.

- 1Families holding active Food Security Cards (Ration cards) in Telangana are automatically enrolled.
- 2Visit any empaneled government or private network hospital with Food Security Card and patient's Aadhaar card.
- 3Aarogyamithra stationed at the hospital helpdesk performs biometric e-KYC and electronic registration.
- 4Medical coordinator submits electronic pre-authorization request to Aarogyasri Trust.
- 5Pre-authorization approved within 12 hours; treatment is delivered completely cashless with zero out-of-pocket payment.
