Provides direct financial assistance to meet boarding, lodging, mess, and food expenses (Maintenance Fee - MTF) for students pursuing Post-Matric education in Andhra Pradesh. Financial grants are disbursed annually in two installments into the bank account of the student's mother: ₹10,000 per year for students pursuing ITI courses; ₹15,000 per year for students pursuing Polytechnic Diploma courses; and ₹20,000 per year for students pursuing regular undergraduate degree, engineering, and postgraduate professional courses. This removes out-of-pocket living cost burdens for rural students living in hostels.
