Fosters micro-enterprise creation among unemployed youth. Provides bank loans up to ₹15 Lakh for manufacturing projects, ₹5 Lakh for service ventures, and ₹5 Lakh for business/trading activities. State government provides 25% subsidy on project cost (up to ₹1.25 Lakh to ₹3.75 Lakh) and guarantees low promoter equity (5% for special categories and 10% for general).
