Core industrial incentive scheme providing a 25% capital subsidy on the value of eligible plant and machinery for new and expanding micro, small, and medium manufacturing enterprises in Tamil Nadu. The standard subsidy is capped up to ₹1,50,00,000 (₹1.50 Crore). Enterprises setting up units in backward industrially notified blocks receive an additional 5% bonus subsidy, while enterprises promoted by women, SC/ST, differently-abled, or transgender entrepreneurs receive an additional 5% special capital subsidy. In addition, units can claim a 5% interest subvention on term loans for up to 6 years and 50% generator purchase subsidies.

- 4District Level Committee / State Level Committee sanctions capital subsidy.
- 5Subsidy released directly to the financing bank to adjust against the term loan principal.
