Provides direct annual cash scholarships to girl students from Vimukta Jatis, Nomadic Tribes (VJNT), and Special Backward Classes (SBC) enrolled in government and aided schools to eradicate female school dropout rates: 1) ₹600 per year for Class 5 to 7, and 2) ₹1,000 per year for Class 8 to 10. The scholarship has no family income ceiling and no minimum marks cutoff.
