Provides attractive fiscal incentives under Package Scheme of Incentives (PSI): 1) Capital subsidy of 15% to 25% of Gross Fixed Capital Investment (GFCI) in developing talukas (Group C, D, D+, and Naxal-affected areas), 2) Interest subvention of up to 5% per annum on bank term loans for 5 to 7 years (capped at ₹5,00,000 per year), 3) 100% electricity duty exemption for 7 to 10 years, and 4) 100% stamp duty waiver on land and loan mortgage deeds.
