Guarantees collateral-free institutional education loans of up to ₹10,00,000 (₹10 Lakh) at a subsidized simple interest rate of 4% per annum for students of West Bengal. The entire credit facility is backed by a 100% state government guarantee, meaning banks cannot demand property mortgages or third-party guarantors. A 1% interest concession is provided if interest is serviced regularly during the study period. Loans cover course tuition, laboratory fees, examination charges, hostel boarding, study laptops/tablets, books, and coaching for national entrance exams (JEE, NEET, UPSC) in India or foreign universities, with a generous 15-year repayment window.
