Distributes free, high-quality, branded eco-friendly bi-cycles to all male and female students studying in Classes 9, 10, 11, and 12 across government, government-sponsored schools, and recognized madrasahs throughout West Bengal. The scheme aims to increase secondary school retention, reduce travel time and transport expenses for rural families, and empower female students with personal mobility. Over 1 Crore bicycles have been distributed to date, leading to a marked decrease in rural school dropout rates and international acclaim from the World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS).

- 2School enters student name, height, and Aadhaar on the Sabooj Sathi portal (wbsaboojsathi.gov.in).
- 3West Bengal SC, ST & OBC Development & Finance Corporation procures and dispatches bicycles to block distribution points.
- 4Bicycle assembly camps are organized at school premises or block headquarters.
- 5Bicycles fitted with ISI-marked reflectors, bells, and front baskets are handed over to students with digital acknowledgment.
