- 1Obtain and fill application Form-A from local BDO office, SDO office, or Kolkata Municipal Corporation borough office.
- 2Complete form at least 30 to 60 days before the scheduled marriage date.
- 3Attach prospective groom details, age proof of bride and groom, marriage invitation card, and income certificate.
- 4Application is verified in the field by Inquiry Officer (Inquiry within 7 days of receipt).
- 5Approved amount of ₹25,000 is directly credited to bride's bank account through IFMS DBT portal at least 5 days before wedding.
