Promotes self-employment in the public and commercial transportation sector for registered unemployed youth in West Bengal. Provides a 30% financial capital subsidy on the on-road purchase price of small commercial vehicles (auto-rickshaws, e-rickshaws, taxis, light commercial passenger/goods vehicles, and pick-up vans) up to a maximum subsidy ceiling of ₹1,00,000 (₹1 Lakh). The remaining balance is financed through commercial or cooperative bank loans with a low promoter margin contribution. The applicant also receives fast-tracked commercial transport permits from Regional Transport Authorities (RTAs).
