Enables young entrepreneurs in West Bengal to establish new greenfield manufacturing, service, business, or trading enterprises. Provides composite bank credit (term loan plus working capital) of up to ₹5,00,000 (₹5 Lakh). The Government of West Bengal provides a 10% margin money subsidy (up to ₹25,000) of the project cost as a direct state grant. Furthermore, the state provides 100% credit guarantee coverage under Credit Guarantee Trust for Micro and Small Enterprises (CGTMSE), ensuring commercial and cooperative banks disburse loans without demanding third-party guarantees or landed property collateral.
