Provides assured direct cash assistance of ₹10,000 per year (for 1 acre or more land, paid in 2 equal Kharif and Rabi installments of ₹5,000 each) and a minimum assured ₹4,000 per year for farmers owning even fractional land, along with a free ₹2,00,000 death grant to family upon death of farmer aged 18-60.
