Beneficiary family (husband, wife, unmarried children) must not own a pucca house in their name or any family member name anywhere in India. Income ceilings: EWS up to ₹3,00,000; LIG ₹3,00,001 to ₹6,00,000; MIG up to ₹9,00,000 under PMAY-U 2.0. Mandatory female head ownership or co-ownership of the pucca house, except where no adult female member exists in the household. Must reside in a statutory town or notified planning area.

Click on "Citizen Assessment" or "Apply Online" and select the appropriate vertical (e.g. Beneficiary Led Construction or ISSR). 3. Enter 12-digit Aadhaar number and applicant name as per Aadhaar; complete Aadhaar OTP verification. 4. Fill in applicant personal details, current urban address, contact number, and bank account information. 5. Enter family member details with their respective Aadhaar numbers and specify annual household income. 6. Provide ownership details of existing land/kutcha house and upload required land/income documents. 7. Submit application, note down the generated Assessment ID, and track application status through the portal.
