How to Apply

1. Beneficiary identification is automated based on SECC 2011 and verified Awaas+ portal database prioritized by Gram Sabha. 2. Citizens can check their listing in the Gram Panchayat beneficiary priority list via https://pmayg.nic.in under "Awaassoft" reports. 3. Selected beneficiaries register their biometric details, Aadhaar number, and bank account with the Gram Panchayat or Block Development Officer (BDO). 4. Block-level geotagging officers inspect the site and upload geotagged photographs of the existing kutcha plot via the AwaasApp. 5. Administrative sanction order is issued by the Zila Parishad/DRDA. 6. Financial installments are disbursed directly via Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT/PFMS) in 3–4 stages linked to geotagged milestones: plinth level, lintel level, and roof/completion level.
