Academic Fee / Tuition Fee: Up to ₹30,000/year for General Degree courses; up to ₹1,25,000/year for Engineering and Professional courses; up to ₹3,00,000/year for Medical/BDS courses. Tuition fee is paid directly to the admitting institution. 2. Maintenance Allowance: Uniform ₹1,00,000 per annum paid in 10 equal monthly installments of ₹10,000 directly to the student bank account via DBT for hostel, mess, books, and living expenses. Total 5,000 fresh scholarships awarded every year.

Must be a permanent resident / domicile of the UT of Jammu & Kashmir or UT of Ladakh. Must have passed Class 12 examination from JKBOSE or CBSE affiliated schools located in J&K or Ladakh. Total family income must not exceed ₹8,00,000 per annum. Admission must be secured through AICTE centralized counseling in institutions located outside the UTs of J&K and Ladakh.
