Complete One-Time Registration (OTR) using student Aadhaar and active mobile number. 3. Select scheme "Pre-Matric Scholarship for SC Students" under Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment. 4. Enter school U-DISE+ code, class details (Class 9 or 10), and previous year marks. 5. Upload valid SC Caste Certificate and Family Income Certificate. 6. Submit application; School/Institute Verification Officer (INO) verifies student credentials online, followed by District Social Welfare Officer (DNO) approval. 7. Central and State shares are disbursed directly to student bank account via PFMS/DBT.
