How to Apply

1. Register on the national PMMSY portal (https://pmmsy.dof.gov.in) or submit proposal to District Fisheries Officer (DFO). 2. Select project component (e.g. Biofloc, Pond construction, Deep sea fishing boat, Ice plant). 3. Upload Aadhaar, land records/lease deed, bank details, and project cost estimates / DPR. 4. The District Level Committee (DLC) headed by District Collector examines and approves the project. 5. State Fisheries Department and Central Department of Fisheries sanction central subsidy share. 6. Subsidies are disbursed in tranches through DBT linked to physical verification milestones.
