Every scheduled commercial bank branch is mandated to facilitate at least two loans: one to an SC/ST borrower and one to a woman borrower. Composite loan covering term loan and working capital. Concessional margin money requirement of up to 15% (can be converged with eligible state subsidy schemes). Repayment period up to 7 years with a moratorium of up to 18 months.

Specific Operational Conditions & Exclusions:

Applicant must be an SC/ST individual or a Woman of any category. Enterprise must be a greenfield project (first-time venture in manufacturing, services, agri-allied, or trading). In case of non-individual enterprises, at least 51% of shareholding and controlling stake must be held by an SC/ST person or a woman. Borrower should not be in default to any bank or financial institution.

Register as a borrower and fill in personal details, caste/gender category, and proposed greenfield project. 3. Upload Detailed Project Report (DPR), machinery quotation, and KYC documents. 4. Select preferred scheduled commercial bank branch. 5. The lead bank officer reviews the project proposal, conducts credit appraisal, sanctions the loan, and disburses funds in phases. Handholding support provided via SIDBI, NABARD, and DIC centers.
