1. Register at the local Anganwadi Centre (AWC) or approved health facility, or apply online via the PMMVY citizen portal (https://pmmvy.wcd.gov.in). 2. Create citizen login using mobile number and Aadhaar authentication. 3. Enter MCP card details, LMP (Last Menstrual Period) date, and ANC checkup date. 4. Fill in mother bank details for Aadhaar-seeded DBT. 5. The Anganwadi Worker (AWW) / ASHA worker verifies physical records and forwards to Child Development Project Officer (CDPO). 6. Financial installments are credited directly into the mother bank account via PFMS/DBT.
